Brief DescriptionOver 100, 16mm Asian language films, donated to ACMI by the Chinese Consulate for the purposes of education and access.

Full DescriptionIn the late 1990s, ACMI also gained possession of rare Chinese films from the Chinese Consulate in Melbourne. These 110, 16mm films, give insight to the cultural output of the Chinese film industry in the 1970s and 1980s. Films from Taiwan and Hong Kong are also part of this collection.
